Pros and cons of standard vs object destructuring function signatures

What are the relative pros and cons of using a standard function signature vs. object destructuring?

// Standard
calculateCarTax(
  yearFirstRegistered,
  engineCapacity,
  emisssionClass,
  engineType,
  co2Emissions,
  rates
)

// Object destructuring
calculateCarTax({
  yearFirstRegistered,
  engineCapacity,
  emisssionClass,
  engineType,
  co2Emissions,
  rates
})

The object version bundles all this data as a cohesive unit. This means the caller can wrap it in a single variable.
The callers of the object version don't need to be updated (from a syntax not a logical perspective) when arguments are added.
On the flip side, the fact that the callers of the object version might continue working after a change can cause subtle bugs to enter the code (vs. keeping signature changes explicit, as happens in the standard version)
